Purchase this service, mail in your wig, and we will
- wash
- deep condition
- clean the glue off your lace
- style it for you
- Option to replace/add elastic band and (1) nape wig comb & tighten loose wefts
- Option to add bleached knots to units only if knots have not been bleached before
Please provide virgin or raw hair extensions only.
If choosing to add color services: Hair must have not been dyed before. Therefore, you must provide natural black wigs. Please select a color option above.
When purchasing this service, make sure that your hair is mailed within 72 hours of your purchase.
AFTER MAILING, respond to your order confirmation email with your tracking number. We will send you an email upon receipt of your package.

The processing time for this service is up to 4 business days and begins the next business day after you receive the email from us stating your unit is in our possession. Shipping will start after the processing period.
Once your wig is complete, we will email you with a picture of your unit and your tracking number. Note that the shipping you will be charged at checkout is for Crowned Elite to ship the wig back to you after the service is completed.

Processing Times
For orders place after 5pm CST, the processing period starts the next business day. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
• Pre-order wigs:
The processing time for all Pre-Order wigs is 3-4 weeks.
• Ready to ship wigs:
The processing time for all ready to ship wigs is 1-2 business days.
• Wig services:
Bring Your Own Wig Customization (new wigs) & Wig Refresh (used wigs): Up to 4 business days
Bring Your Own Hair - Wig Construction: Up to 5 business days
Wig Restoration & Wig Reconstruction: 7 to 14 business days
Shipping
- All wig orders must be shipped. Wig orders cannot be picked up locally. Free shipping is included on all orders over $250.
- Shipping time will begin after the processing time period. USA orders will typically be shipped via USPS, but may sometimes be shipped via UPS. Shipping delays may be expected during holidays.
