• Custom Wigs: Up to 4 weeks
• Bring Your Own Wig Customization (new wigs) & Wig Refresh (used wigs): Up to 4 business days
• Bring Your Own Hair - Wig Construction: Up to 5 business days
• Wig Restoration & Wig Reconstruction: 7 to 14 business days

You understand and agree to our no refund/no exchange policy

You agree to not file a dispute or charge back for your physical products

You understand that once an order is submitted, changes and cancellations can not be made (including item changes, shipping address changes, etc.), and

You are verifying that you are the authorized user of the credit/debit card you are using.

For all wig orders, billing and shipping address MUST match. If they do not, Crowned Elite by Marie reserves the right to cancel your order.
