Processing Times

For orders place after 5pm CST, the processing period starts the next business day. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

• Pre-order wigs:

The processing time for all Pre-Order wigs is 3-4 weeks.

• Ready to ship wigs:

The processing time for all ready to ship wigs is 1-2 business days.

• Wig services:

Bring Your Own Wig Customization (new wigs) & Wig Refresh (used wigs): Up to 4 business days

Bring Your Own Hair - Wig Construction: Up to 5 business days

Wig Restoration & Wig Reconstruction: 7 to 14 business days

Shipping

• All wig orders must be shipped. Wig orders cannot be picked up locally. Free shipping is included on all orders over $250.
• Shipping time will begin after the processing time period. USA orders will typically be shipped via USPS, but may sometimes be shipped via UPS. Shipping delays may be expected during holidays.
